Definition of: Lead
Contact from a potential customer. It can come to us through the web form, an email or a phone call. Depending on the moment in which the customer has contacted us, we can differentiate 3 types of leads:
Information Qualified Lead (IQL).
Potential customers interested in information. This type of customer leaves their data in exchange for valuable information from the company.
Marketing Qualified Lead (MQL).
These are customers interested in the company's activity and what it can offer them. They are called qualified marketing customers, since they respond to actions such as reading emails, interacting in networks...
Sales Qualified Lead (SQL).
They are qualified customers for sales, as they have a clear interest in acquiring the products or services of the company they are contacting.
